Hardship fund

Hardship can happen close to home. So, through our GPC Foundation, our Individual Support pillar provides support during financial hardship that is one-off in nature or triggered by an unexpected event or circumstance. The Hardship Fund is enabled by donations from our team, campaigns and our business.

LEAVE AND SUPPORT

Paid parental leave

Looking after our parents is important. We provide a generous parental leave top up to provide our team members with additional financial support as they embark on their parenting journey. We also make super (in Australia) and Kiwisaver (in New Zealand) contributions while our team members are receiving government Paid Parental Leave. A helpful welcome baby pack also wings its way to our new parents.

Volunteering Good to Give Leave

Giving time, effort and energy can make a life-changing difference. So, we support our team members to volunteer in support of communities and causes that matter to them. Our new Good to Give (GTG) leave gives all eligible team members one extra day of leave per year to take part in activities that make positive community contributions.
